The TBM 10 (Trailed Binder Meter) spreader is designed & engineered to perform in a wide variety of civil engineering soil stabilisation groundwork projects.
This automatic rate binding agent spreader offers precise measurement & control of cement, lime and binding agent materials spread via a metering regulator and auger applicator.
- The design incorporates a spacious rear cabinet which safely houses the electro-mechanical and hydraulic control components.
- It features an in-house designed software control system that dynamically adjusts the application rate to the ground speed at all times, for consistent material application rate.
- Automatic control of the spreading system is achieved via the addition of an electro/hydraulic valve block, metering rotor and computer control.
- A chain floor carries product to the rear door which is hydraulically controlled in a fully open or fully closed position.
