The TBA 10 (Trailed Binder Agent ) spreader is designed & engineered to perform in a wide variety of civil engineering soil stabilisation groundwork projects.
This manual rate binding agent spreader offers precise measurement & control of cement, lime and binding agent materials spread via a mechanical system with hydraulic control of the auger applicator and conveyor floor.
- The manually adjustable auger apertures ensures an accurate, uniform and consistent spread across the 2.5 mtr spread width.
- A hydraulically controlled chain floor drive and auger applicator are manually adjusted using independent manual flow adjusted valves to increase/ decrease speed to vary the application rate required.
- The 740mm wide conveyor floor carries material from the hopper to the rear auger housing and product is discharged into an open distributor chamber and the flighted auger application system.
